Questions about pricing
Is there a catch with Free?
No. Free is Free for as long as you have 10 people or fewer. It is how a six-person cleaning company should be able to run properly without paying for software.
What counts as a person?
Anyone who clocks in or is on the rota. Managers count as people; there is no separate charge for logins or admins.
Monthly or annual?
Monthly, cancel any time. If you want to pay annually, ask and we will take a bit off — but nobody is locked in.
How does that compare with Connecteam?
Connecteam prices per hub (operations, communications, HR) and per block of 30 users, plus per extra user. For scheduling, clock-in and HR together you need three hubs. Teams is one price per person, with no hubs to add up. The comparison page has the numbers and the date we checked them.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes, everything, in one click, any time. It is your data.
