A button your team will press.
One round button, a ring that fills as the shift runs. GPS-fenced to the site, breaks with a tap, late starts noted honestly. The timesheet is done when the shift is.
The ring is the shift
Honest hours, no typing
GPS fence
Clock in only works within the site’s fence. Outside it, the app says so and offers to notify you instead of pretending.
Breaks and late starts
A tap for a break. A late start is recorded as it happened, with a reason if they want to give one — no rounding, no arguments.
Payroll export
The timesheet exports as your payroll wants it — hours, rates, overtime, mileage — and matches the rota it came from.
Mileage and expenses
From the same screen: a photo of the receipt, a number, done. Approved in one tap on your side.
Works offline
In a basement, a back room or a van with no signal, the clock-in is kept on the phone and sent when signal returns — timestamped when it happened.
Manager clock-in
Someone without a phone? Clock them in from yours, or from the kiosk on a tablet at the site.
It writes itself.
Every clock-in, break and late start lands on the timesheet as it happens. By Friday there is nothing to type, nothing to chase, and payroll takes a minute.
Questions about clocking in
Is GPS tracking on all the time?
No. The phone’s location is checked at the moment of clock-in and clock-out, inside the site’s fence, and never between. Staff can see exactly what was recorded.
What if someone forgets to clock out?
The app reminds them at the shift’s end; if they still forget, the shift closes at the planned time and is flagged for you to confirm.
Can I round to the nearest 15 minutes?
You can set rounding rules per site; the record keeps the real time and shows the rounded one beside it.
